焦化粗苯精馏工艺的优化设计

摘要 为解决当前焦化粗苯产品萃取精馏过程中存在的产品纯度不够、能耗高等问题,在对焦化粗苯精馏工艺进行简单概述的基础上,结合实践生产基于Aspen Plus构建了萃取精馏系统的模拟流程,并对模拟流程的准确性进行了综合验证。重点对T1204塔的操作参数包括进料位置、溶剂、塔顶压力等参数进行优化,最终达到了提升产品质量和降低能耗的目的。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient product purity and high energy consumption in the current extraction and distillation process of coking crude benzene products,a simulation process of the extraction and distillation system was constructed based on Aspen Plus in practical production,and the accuracy of the simulation process was comprehensively verified.The focus is on optimizing the operating parameters of T1204 tower,including feed position,solvent,tower top pressure,etc.,ultimately achieving the goal of improving product quality and reducing energy consumption.
