Slag water treatment is an important component of the entire coal water slurry gasification system,and its stable operation is the key to ensuring efficient production of coal water slurry gasification.However,from the current actual situation,slag water pipelines are prone to blockage and wear,affecting production efficiency and cost.Based on this,this article starts with the treatment process of coal water slurry gasification slag water.Firstly,it analyzes the reasons for the blockage and wear of the coal water slurry gasification slag water pipeline,and then focuses on exploring the countermeasures for the blockage and wear of the coal water slurry gasification slag water pipeline.It is hoped that this can provide some reference for the related research on the blockage and wear of the slag water pipeline.
