摘要
就火电厂企业而言,超低排放,其目的是将火电厂燃煤机组生产阶段产生的气态污染物、颗粒物浓度通过设备改造有效降低。火电厂燃煤机组生产阶段,脱硫脱硝环节下,过量逃逸氨,将造成火电厂火电机组的催化剂堵塞,SCR出口与EMS过滤器堵塞,空预器堵塞,机组电除尘极线积灰、布袋除尘器糊袋等,且在系统严重堵塞情况下会导致一次风机、僧风机与吸风机出现失速、抢封现象,严重影响机组正常生产。因此,利用磷酸滴定处理过量逃逸氨,对于火电厂发展而言至关重要。
For thermal power plant enterprises,ultra-low emissions aim to effectively reduce the gaseous pollutants and particulate matter generated during the production stage of coal-fired units in thermal power plants through equipment transformation.During the production stage of coal-fired units in thermal power plants,excessive escape of ammonia during the desulfurization and denitrification process will cause catalyst blockage,SCR outlet and EMS filter blockage,air preheater blockage,dust accumulation on the unit's electrostatic precipitator pole line,and bag sticking in the bag filter.In addition,severe system blockage can lead to stall and seal grabbing phenomena in the primary fan,fan,and suction fan,seriously affecting the normal production of the unit.Therefore,using phosphoric acid titration to treat excess escaping ammonia is crucial for the development of thermal power plants.
