摘要 针对大倾角煤层在实际回采期间所面临的采出率低、矿压规律复杂以及煤炭含矸率高的问题,以120210综采工作面为例,在对其地质条件、水文以及瓦斯涌出等基本情况分析的基础上;设计矿压和巷道围岩变形监测方案,并得出矿压现象规律和围岩变形规律;根据矿压规律重点对工作面长度、采高等参数和工艺进行优化,最后通过对比优化前后采出率和经济效益等指标。 In response to the problems of low extraction rate,complex mining pressure patterns,and high coal gangue content faced by large dip coal seams during actual mining,taking the 120210 fully mechanized mining face as an example,based on the analysis of its geological conditions,hydrology,and gas emission,etc,this paper designs a monitoring plan for rock pressure and tunnel surrounding rock deformation,and obtains the laws of rock pressure phenomena and surrounding rock deformation.According to the mining pressure law,the key parameters such as working face length,mining height,and process are optimized.Finally,the recovery rate and economic benefits before and after optimization are compared.
