摘要
在煤矿开采过程中,因掘进面煤层透气性差导致无法抽采效果不佳。为解决这一问题,实际作业中,要以降低防突指标为基准,运用CO_(2)气相压裂增透技术处理工作面。文章以某试验为例,详细阐释钻孔布置和压裂工艺应用情况,并就试验效果予以分析。经分析,应用CO_(2)气相压裂增透技术能够显著提高抽采效果,快速降低防突指标,大幅缩减抽采达标时间。提出具体应用实践,证明技术能够在开采中发挥防突作用。
In the process of coal mining,the poor permeability of the coal seam in the excavation face results in poor extraction efficiency.To solve this problem,in practical operations,it is necessary to use CO_(2) gas phase fracturing and permeability enhancement technology to treat the working face based on reducing the outburst prevention index.This article takes a certain experiment as an example to explain in detail the drilling arrangement and application of fracturing technology,and analyzes the experimental results.After analysis,the application of CO_(2) gas phase fracturing and permeability enhancement technology can significantly improve the pumping effect,quickly reduce the outburst prevention index,and significantly reduce the time for reaching the pumping standard.Specific application practices are proposed to demonstrate that technology can play a role in preventing outburst in mining.
