甲醇精馏三塔安全泄放工艺技术的分析

摘要 为解决利用单台塔独立分析法导致甲醇精馏火炬系统设计能力超标严重、投资大的不足,提出利用Aspen HYSYS仿真分析的方法对甲醇精馏三塔反应过程及泄放量进行联动分析,科学、合理地确定了不同工况下系统的最大泄放量。根据应用情况表明,仿真分析的方法能够精确模拟甲醇精馏三塔系统的泄放情况,为优化甲醇精馏火炬系统设计、降低成本奠定了基础。 In order to address the serious problem of excessive design capacity and high investment in the methanol distillation torch system caused by the use of single tower independent analysis method,the Aspen HYSYS simulation analysis method is proposed to conduct linkage analysis on the reaction process and discharge capacity of the three methanol distillation towers.The maximum discharge capacity of the system under different working conditions is scientifically and reasonably determined.According to the application situation,the simulation analysis method can accurately simulate the discharge situation of the methanol distillation three tower system,laying the foundation for optimizing the design of the methanol distillation flare system and reducing costs.
