Research on Risk Identification and Safety Evaluation of Chemical Process

化工工艺生产活动在实施过程中需应用到较多的生产原材料,并且会产生物理化学反应,对周边的人以及环境造成影响。因此,在化工工艺设计阶段,应做好防火防爆工作,提升化工工艺的安全生产能力。基于此,结合实际思考,简要分析了化工工艺的风险识别技术及安全评价等内容。

Chemical process production activities need to be applied to more production raw materials in the implementation process,and will produce physical and chemical reactions,which will affect the surrounding people and the environment.Therefore,in the design stage of chemical process,fire and explosion prevention should be done to improve the safety and production capacity of chemical process.Based on this paper,combined with practical thinking,this paper briefly analyzes the risk identification technology and safety evaluation of chemical process.
