摘要
本文研究了某炼油厂土壤和地下水污染特征及生物修复技术。通过不同的测量方法研究了某炼油厂周边土壤和地下水污染及其来源、污染区域和污染分布。研究表明,在研究区域分布的17个采样点中,只有2个样品的浓度高于标准水平(100 mg/L);所有样品的电导率都高于河流平均值(100μS/cm),说明污染在整个区域是分散的;研究区域最高检出含油量为300 mg/L,样品的主要成分可能是汽油、煤油和柴油;表面活性剂、培养类型和剩余时间3个因素对TPH的生物降解有显著影响,利用本地微生物和工程辅助进行生物修复是一种合适的方法,可用于研究区域的净化。
This article studies the characteristics of soil and groundwater pollution and bioremediation techniques in a certain refinery.The pollution of soil and groundwater around a certain refinery,its sources,pollution areas,and pollution distribution were studied using different measurement methods.Research has shown that out of the 17 sampling points distributed in the study area,only 2 samples had concentrations higher than the standard level(100 mg/L).The conductivity of all samples is higher than the river average(100μS/cm),indicating that the pollution is dispersed throughout the entire area.The highest oil content detected in the study area is 300 mg/L,and the main components of the sample may be gasoline,kerosene,and diesel.Surfactants,culture types,and remaining time have a significant impact on the biodegradation of TPH.The use of local microorganisms and engineering assisted bioremediation is a suitable method for purifying the study area.
