摘要
针对亭南煤矿顶板高位定向钻孔施工存在的开孔段地层破碎、定向孔段泥岩缩颈、两级扩孔效率低和瓦斯抽采通道易堵塞等问题,提出了复杂顶板高位定向长钻孔钻完孔技术;集成了大直径套管护孔、缩颈地层扩孔、双级双速一次扩孔和钢筛管完孔等关键技术,配套了大功率定向钻机、泥浆泵车、随钻测量装置、液动螺杆钻具和双级双速扩孔螺杆钻具等钻进装备。在亭南煤矿3410工作面钻场进行了现场应用,顺利施工了2个顶板高位定向钻孔,成孔深度分别为511、610 m,孔径ϕ200 mm,单班扩孔进尺在60 m以上,全孔下入ϕ89 mm护孔钢筛管,钻进过程安全高效,为复杂顶板高位定向钻孔施工提供了一种新的技术途径。
Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of high directional drilling in Tingnan Coal Mine roof,such as stratum breakage in open hole section,mudstone shrinkage in directional hole section,low efficiency of two-stage reaming and easy plugging of extraction channel after hole formation,the drilling and completion technology of high directional long hole in complex roof was proposed.The key technologies such as large-diameter casing hole protection,shrinking neck formation hole reaming,twostage two-speed one-shot hole reaming and steel screen hole completion were integrated.The high power directional drilling rig,mud pump truck,measurement while drilling device,hydraulic screw drilling tool and double stage and double speed expanding screw drilling tool were equipped.The field application was carried out in the drilling field of 3410 working face of Tingnan Coal Mine.Two directional holes at the top of the roof were constructed,with the hole depth of 511 m and 610 m respectively,and the diameter of the hole was 200 mm.The diameter of the single shift was more than 60 m,and the 89 mm steel screen with hole protection was inserted into the whole hole.The drilling process was safe and efficient,which can provide a new technical way for the construction of high directional long borehole in complex roof.
