塑料食品接触材料中32种添加剂的快速筛查

摘要 采用热解吸-气质联用技术建立了聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)食品接触材料中32种添加剂包括抗氧化剂、紫外吸收剂、邻苯二甲酸酯及己二酸酯类增塑剂的快速筛查和定量分析方法。样品经剪切后直接进样,以310℃瞬间裂解的方式将32种添加剂从食品接触材料中解吸出来,利用气相色谱-质谱仪进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:在一定的浓度范围内,32种目标化合物具有较好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.997,检出限在4.1~21.1 mg/kg之间,方法的回收率在78.4%~97.7%之间,相对标准偏差在2.7%~15%之间。该方法适用于塑料食品接触材料中32种添加剂的快速筛查。 A rapid screening and quantitative analysis method for 32 additives including antioxidants,UV absorbers,phthalates and adipate plasticizers in polycarbonate(PC),acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)food contact materials was established by pyrolyse-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.After shearing,the samples were directly injected into the pyrolyzer,32 additives were resolved from the food contact materials by thermal cracking at 310℃,then qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that within certain concentration ranges,32 target compounds had good linear relationships with the correlation coefficients of r≥0.997,and the detection limits were 4.1-21.1 mg/kg.The recoveries of the method ranged from 78.4% to 97.7%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 2.7%-15%.The method is suitable for rapid screening of 32 additives in plastic food contact materials.
