聚茜素红S-壳聚糖修饰电极测定畜禽产品中的呋喃唑酮

Determination of furazolidone in livestock and poultry products by polyalizarin red S-chitosan modified electrode

摘要 基于茜素红S(ARS)和壳聚糖(CS)溶液在玻碳电极(GCE)表面发生电聚合反应,制备了聚茜素红S-壳聚糖膜修饰电极(PARS-CS/GCE),并建立了呋喃唑酮(FZD)的电化学检测方法。利用循环伏安法、电化学阻抗谱和扫描电子显微镜对PARS-CS/GCE进行表征。结果表明:将GCE置于ARS和CS溶液中,在-1.0~2.0 V电位范围内循环伏安扫描20圈,所制备的PARS-CS/GCE对FZD具有良好的电催化活性。在最佳条件下,FZD在PARS-CS/GCE上的还原峰电流与其浓度在0.08~50μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(R^(2))为0.998,检出限为27 nmol/L。用该法测定鸡肉、牛肉、牛奶和蜂蜜中FZD,加标回收率分别为85.3%~94.7%,89.7%~93.5%,82.7%~87.3%和83.4%~90%。该电极制备简单、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强和回收率高,在畜禽产品中FZD的快速检测领域有良好的应用潜力。 A polyalizarin red S-chitosan membrane modified electrode(PARS-CS/GCE)was prepared based on the electropolymerization of alizarin red S(ARS)and chitosan(CS)solution on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE),and an electrochemical detection method for furazolidone(FZD)was developed.PARS-CS/GCE was characterized by cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the PARS-CS/GCE had good electrocatalytic activity for FZD by placing GCE in ARS and CS solution,and scanning for 20 cycles with cyclic voltammetry in the potential range of-1.0~2.0 V.The reduction peak current on PARS-CS/GCE was linear with the concentration of FZD in the range of 0.08-50μmol/L,with the correlation coefficient(R^(2))of 0.998,and the detection limit of 27 nmol/L.The spiked recoveries of FZD in chicken,beef,milk and honey samples were 85.3%-94.7%,89.7%-93.5%,82.7%-87.3% and 83.4%-90%,respectively.The electrode has the advantages of simple preparation,high sensitivity,strong anti-interference ability and high recovery,and has a good application potential in the field of rapid detection of FZD in livestock and poultry products.
