Role of the Intellectual Property Right in Promoting the High-quality Development of the VR Industry

VR作为新兴产业正在快速崛起,知识产权的创造、运用和保护对于VR产业的高质量发展起重要作用。现行VR知识产权存在专利申请时间过长、 VR软件知识产权保护力度不足、 VR场景下知识产品保护认定模糊以及相关专业人才缺失等困境。应制定具有前瞻性的知识产权战略,提高专利审查效率,构建VR软件的专利保护模式,建立VR场景中的知识产品法律保护体系,建设相关知识产权的复合型人才队伍等,提升VR产业的知识产权创造、运用和保护水平。

As a newly emerged industry,the VR industry is rising rapidly;and the creation,application and protection of intellectual property rights is essential to high-quality development of the VR industry.However,currently there exist many problems concerning the VR intellectual property:The patent application takes too long;protection for the right of the VR intellectual property is inadequate;the identification of the VR intellectual property is fuzzy;and there is a bad shortage of relevant talents.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a forward-looking scheme regarding the intellectual property to improve the efficiency of patent examination,to build a patent protection mode for the VR software,to establish a legal system for protecting the intellectual products in VR scenarios,and to build an inter-disciplinary talent team for enhancing the level of creation,application and protection of the related intellectual property of the VR industry.
