利用电场力抑制多硫化锂穿梭效应

摘要 介绍了一种Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene材料,能有效阻止多硫化锂穿梭效应,最终提高锂硫电池性能.利用定向排列材料产生的偏转电场,电场力能够有效抑制穿梭效应,减少电池活性物质损失.用HF刻蚀Ti_(3)AlC_(2),得到二维片层状Ti_(3)C_(2)ene.利用氧化法即可制备Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene材料,超声剥离后制得Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene纳米片层,电沉积法定向排列纳米片层.为了验证弯曲电场力的产生,采用Comso建立Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene模型,该方法可以有效抑制穿梭效应. A kind of Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene material is introduced,which can effectively prevent the shuttle effect of polysulfide lithium,and finally improve the performance of lithium sulfur battery.Using the deflecting electric field generated by the directional arrangement of materials,the electric field force can effectively inhibit the shuttle effect and reduce the loss of active materials in the battery.Two-dimensional lamellar Ti_(3)C_(2)ene was obtained by etching Ti_(3)AlC_(2)with HF acid.The Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene material can be prepared by oxidation method,and the Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene nanosheets are prepared by ultrasonic stripping and electrodeposition.In order to verify the generation of bending electric field force,the Ti_(x)O_(y)-Ti_(3)C_(2)ene model was established by Comsol,which proved that the shuttle effect could be effectively suppressed by this method.
