基于三维探地雷达技术的沥青路面施工质量研究

摘要 为更加精准高效评价沥青路面施工质量,基于三维探地雷达和无核密度仪对沥青路面试验段进行测试,建立新的沥青路面施工质量评估体系。简要介绍了三维探地雷达和无核密度仪检测原理,并提出通过拟合介电常数-空隙率模型的方法确定三维探地雷达介电常数代表值;然后提出基于三维探地雷达全反射法结合无核密度仪采集局部空隙率比例的沥青路面施工质量控制体系,在试验路上进行了验证。验证结果表明:两种无损检测设备获取的路面密度及空隙率结果可以互相验证,两种方法结合能够较好评价沥青路面质量,最后推荐了不同检测工况下的沥青路面施工质量检测方案。 In order to evaluate the construction quality of asphalt pavement more accurately and efficiently,based on three-dimensional ground penetrating radar and non-nuclear density meter,the asphalt pavement test section is tested,and a new asphalt pavement construction quality evaluation system is established.This paper briefly introduces the detection principle of 3D ground-penetrating radar and non-nucleated density meter,and proposes to determine the representative value of the dielectric constant of 3D ground-penetrating radar by fitting the dielectric constant-porosity model.Then,a quality control system based on the three-dimensional ground-penetrating radar total reflection method combined with the non-nuclear density meter to collect local void rate ratio asphalt pavement construction is proposed,which is verified on the test road.The verification results show that the pavement density and void rate results obtained by the two nondestructive testing equipment can be verified with each other,and the combination of the two methods can better evaluate the quality of asphalt pavement,and finally recommend the asphalt pavement construction quality testing scheme under different testing conditions.
