特种密封弹性体在工程机械行业的应用进展

Application progress of special sealing elastomers in the construction machinery industry

本文根据目前工程机械工业用密封材料的具体情况并结合文献资料,以氟橡胶、氟硅橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚四氟乙烯等橡塑材料为例,介绍了特种密封弹性体密封的类型及其性能,在工程机械行业中的应用情况;同时针对行业中密封材料的问题,提出了特种密封弹性体应用技术发展的基本思路。

Based on the specific situation of sealing materials used in the construction machinery industry and combined with literature,this article takes rubber and plastic materials such as fluororubber,fluorosilicone rubber,hydrogenated nitrile rubber,acrylate rubber,polyurethane,and modified polytetrafluoroethylene as examples to introduce the types and performance of special sealing elastomeric seals and their applications in the construction machinery industry.At the same time,in response to the issue of sealing materials in the industry,this article proposes a basic idea for the development of special sealing elastomer application technology.
