Analysis and interpretation of compression permanent deformation test standard

为对橡胶密封产品压缩永久变性能进行研究,找到合适实验标准,对O型密封圈进行压缩永久变形试验,对比分析了4种常用的压缩永久变形标准(IS0815-1:2019,ASTMD395-2018,GB/T7759.1-2015,GB/T1683-2018),从实验方法、试样尺寸、试验步骤等角度进行分析,为选取合适的试验标准提供参考。

In order to study the compression permanent deformation energy of rubber sealing products and find suitable experimental standards,we conducted compression permanent deformation tests on O-ring seals.This article compares and analyzes four commonly used compression permanent deformation standards(IS0815-1:2019,ASTM D395-2018,GB/T 7759.1-2015,GB/T 1683-2018),and analyzes them from the perspectives of experimental methods,sample sizes,and test steps,providing reference for selecting appropriate experimental standards.
