橡胶金属制品融痕的产生原因及解决方案探讨

融痕问题是橡胶金属制品生产中常见的外观缺陷,既会造成直接质量损失,又会使产品在应用中存在潜在风险。本文提出了橡胶金属制品融痕问题的一般判定方法及标准,并结合具体产品案例探讨了融痕问题的产生原因及解决方案。融痕的本质就是产品表层胶料的融合不良,其解决思路一是通过合理的配方及硫化工艺保证胶料自身的融合,二是通过合理的模具结构使融合不良的胶料溢出到模具辅助机构,让融合良好的胶料填充模具型腔。同时,在解决融痕问题的过程中,还要保证不能带来其他衍生问题。

Melt marks are common appearance defects in the production of rubber-metal products,which can cause direct quality loss and potential risks in the application of products.This paper proposes the general determination method and standard of the melt mark problem of rubber-metal products,and discusses the causes and solutions of the melt mark problem with specific product cases.The essence of the melt mark is the product surface layer of the rubber fusion is poor,the solution idea is to ensure the fusion of the rubber itself through a reasonable formula and vulcanization process,and the second is through a reasonable mold structure to make the fusion of poor rubber overflow to the mold auxiliary mechanism,so that the fusion of good rubber to fill the mold cavity.At the same time,in the process of solving the problem of melt marks,but also to ensure that it can not bring other derivative problems.
