摘要
传统抗菌纤维广泛采用银系抗菌剂为抗菌助剂,然而有研究表明含银纤维在安全性上存在着一定问题,而铜以其来源广、成本低、抗菌消臭性能持久稳定,逐渐成为市场的主流品种。本研究通过添加纳米抗菌氧化铜,考察纳米抗菌氧化铜对纳米氧化铜母料及锦纶用抗菌PA6材料力学性能、抗菌性能及加工性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用添加量为10%抗菌母料制备的锦纶用纳米氧化铜抗菌专用料,对大肠杆菌抗菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率≥99.9%,抗菌效果明显。材料拉伸强度70.4 MPa、断裂伸长率20.0%、缺口冲击强度7.6 kJ/m^(2)、熔融指数31.5 g/10 min,综合性能最佳。
Traditional antimicrobial fibers widely use silver-based antimicrobial agents as antimicrobial auxiliaries.However,some studies have shown that silver-containing fibers have certain problems in terms of safety,and copper has gradually become the mainstream species in the market due to its wide source,low cost,and long-lasting and stable antimicrobial and deodorant properties.In this study,we investigated the effect of nano antimicrobial copper oxide on the mechanical properties,antimicrobial properties and processing properties of nano copper oxide masterbatch and antimicrobial PA6 material for nylon by adding nano antimicrobial copper oxide.The experimental results show that the antimicrobial nano-copper oxide antibacterial special material for nylon prepared by adding 10%antimicrobial masterbatch has an antimicrobial effect on E.coli antibacterial and Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate of over 99.9%.The material has the best overall performance with tensile strength of 70.4 MPa,elongation at break of 20.0%,notched impact strength of 7.6 kJ/m^(2),and melt index of 31.5 g/10min.
