摘要
油料秤是混炼上辅机重要组成部分之一,其称量准确性会对胶料生产造成很大影响。当前上辅机油料秤设计只有一套称量装置,一旦发生故障未及时发现会产生大量不合格胶料。本文分析了当前油料秤存在问题,基于模块化重新设计上辅机油料称量二次校验控制系统,对设备进行数字化、可视化状态监控,增加报警信息,在生产过程中对称量好物料进行二次验证,并优化日常使用及故障处理措施。目前该系统已在某轮胎厂多套投入使用,使用结果表明该系统有效提高密炼过程中油料称量的可靠性。
The oil scale is one of the important components of the mixing auxiliary equipment,and its weighing accuracy will have a significant impact on rubber production.At present,there is only one weighing device for the auxiliary oil scale,and if a malfunction occurs and is not detected timely,a large amount of unqualified rubber will be produced.This article analyzes the problems existing in the current oil scale and redesigns the secondary calibration control system for the upper auxiliary machine oil scale based on modularization,which digitizes and visualizes the status monitoring of the equipment;At the same time,increase alarm information,conduct secondary verification of weighed materials during the production process,and optimize daily use and fault handling measures.At present,the system has been put into use in a tire factory,and the results show that the system can effectively improve the reliability of oil weighing during the internal mixing process.
