摘要
网络餐饮外卖在近年来迅速发展,食品安全问题也随之而来,如何保障食品安全成为一个重要议题。本文从风险韧性治理的视角出发,探讨了网络餐饮外卖食品安全的治理策略。通过分析网络餐饮外卖行业的发展现状和问题,以及风险韧性治理理论及其优势,构建了风险韧性治理视角下的网络餐饮外卖食品安全治理框架,提出具体的措施和建议,以供借鉴。
In recent years,online food delivery has developed rapidly,and food safety issues have also emerged.How to ensure food safety has become an important issue.This article explores the governance strategies for food safety in online catering delivery from the perspective of risk resilience governance.By analyzing the current development status and problems of the online catering delivery industry,as well as the theory and advantages of risk resilience governance,a framework for food safety governance of online catering delivery from the perspective of risk resilience governance is constructed,and specific measures and suggestions are proposed for reference.
