白酒企业安全生产管控措施研究

摘要 在如今群众生活品质有所提升的背景下,人们的需求变得多样,白酒种类随之丰富,如清香型、酱香型等,因其生产加工工艺不同,口感、度数等也各有差异。白酒本身酿造工艺复杂,且生产工艺中存在许多风险因素,如易燃物质等,管理难度较高,只有实现安全生产、细致管控才能保障企业的稳定发展。基于此,本文通过分析白酒企业安全生产管控的内容和重要性,提出实质性的管控优化措施,以期为生产者提供参考。 In the context of the improvement of the quality of life of the people today,people’s needs have become diverse,and the types of Baijiu have become rich,such as Qingxiangxing Baijiu,Jiangxiangxing Baijiu,etc.Because of their different production and processing technologies,their taste and strength are also different.The brewing process of Baijiu itself is complex,and there are many risk factors in the production process,such as flammable substances,which makes management difficult.Only the realization of safe production and careful control can ensure the stable development of the enterprise in the future.Based on this,this paper analyzes the content and importance of safety production management and control in Baijiu enterprises,and puts forward substantive management and control optimization measures to provide reference for producers.
