摘要
质量控制是检验检测机构的重要工作,为确保食品检测结果的准确可靠,降低报告数据的风险,必须对食品检测活动中的各个环节进行质量控制。本文针对食品检测的特点,对食品检测质量控制的关键点进行了梳理,阐述了食品检测全过程的质量控制方法,以期为食品检测人员提供帮助。
Quality control is an important task for inspection and testing institutions.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of food testing results and reduce the risk of reporting data,it is necessary to carry out quality control in all aspects of food testing activities.This article summarizes the key points of quality control based on the characteristics of food testing,and elaborates on the quality control methods throughout the entire process of food testing,in order to provide assistance to food testing personnel.
