摘要 本文选用5种水果蔬菜作为研究对象,采用均匀喷洒农药的方式,分别在化学、冷藏、冰温和冷冻条件下贮存,研究了5种果蔬在不同贮存环境条件下农药残留衰减的变化,旨在为食品抽检农产品备份样品贮存条件提供有利的数据支撑。结果表明,几种水果蔬菜中农药残留均出现不同程度的衰减,在冷冻条件下农药衰减最慢,最有利于农产品备份样品的保存,复检结论被推翻的风险也最低。 In this paper,5 kinds of fruits and vegetables were selected as the research objects and stored under chemical,refrigeration,ice temperature and freezing conditions respectively by means of uniform pesticide spraying.The change of pesticide residue attenuation of 5 kinds of fruits and vegetables under different storage environmental conditions was studied in order to provide favorable data support for the storage conditions of agricultural product backup samples for food sampling.The results showed that the pesticide residues in several fruits and vegetables showed different degrees of decay,and the pesticide decay was the slowest under freezing conditions,which was the most conducive to the preservation of agricultural product backup samples,and the risk of retest conclusion being overturned was also the lowest.
