摘要
本文对江苏省预制菜产业发展现状及存在问题进行了梳理,既阐述了预制菜产业发展的新契机,同时分析了预制菜产品的质量管控短板。基于此,本文提出了加强预制菜全产业链质量安全管控、构建预制菜监管体系等一系列发展建议。
This paper sorts out the development status and existing problems of the prefabricated vegetable industry in our province,which not only elaborates on the new opportunities for the development of the prepared vegetable industry,but also analyzes the shortcomings of the quality control of the prefabricated vegetable.Based on this,paper puts forward a series of development suggestions,such as strengthening the quality and safety control of the whole industry chain of prefabricated vegetables and constructing the supervision system of prefabricated vegetables.
