摘要 为客观把握我国绿色建筑领域研究热点和发展趋势,本文以中国知网(CNKI)数据库2000―2021年收录的1459篇文献为数据源,通过文献可视化知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace V5.8.R3,对其历年发文量分布、文献作者、文献机构和关键词的知识图谱进行了分析,并整理和总结出该领域的发展现状和未来发展趋势﹒研究结果表明:我国绿色建筑的研究经历了初步探索阶段、稳步推进阶段和应用拓展阶段;前期主要研究的热点是绿色建筑节能、评估体系、绿色施工和增量成本等问题;伴随着社会新形势、新背景的到来,利益相关者的演化博弈、健康建筑、BIM技术的应用和装配式建筑已成为现阶段研究热点﹒基于此,可以推断在未来数字化和健康化在绿色建筑上的应用将会进一步发展. In order to objectively grasp the research hotspots and development trends in the field of green building in China,this paper takes the 1459 documents collected in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2000 to 2021 as the data sources,and uses the document visualization knowledge graph analysis tool CiteSpace V5.8.R3 to analyze the distribution of published papers over the years,the authors of documents,literature institutions and the knowledge graph of key words,and collates and summarizes the current situation and future development trend of this field.The research results show that the research on green buildings in China has gone through the stage of preliminary exploration,a steady progress and an application expansion.The main research hotspots in the early stage are green building energy saving,evaluation system,green construction and incremental cost.With the advent of the new social situation and new background,the evolutionary game of stakeholders,healthy buildings,the application of BIM technology,and prefabricated buildings have become research hotspots at this stage.Based on this,it can be inferred that the application of digitization and health in green buildings will be further developed in the future.
