基于脾气散精理论探讨炎症因子经脾系双轴促发肛周湿疹机制研究

Based on the“spleen Qi dispersing essence”Theory to Discuss the Mechanism of Inflammatory Cytokines via Spleen Dual-axis System Remotely Trigger Perianal Eczema

炎症因子为机体发挥抵御外邪功能的重要物质基础,本属精微。在肛周湿疹人群中,由于脾气散精功能失常、正气过度反应,炎症因子水平异常升高或蓄积,并随着体液的输布全身,损伤皮肉,积聚魄门。其在体内的循环过程与脾气散精功能类似。本文取象比类,运用脾气散精理论,阐述了炎症因子如何以脾脏为轴心,经脾-肠-皮、脾-脉-肉双轴在机体内流动,最终浸淫肌肤,促发肛周湿疹。同时在该基础上探讨了肠脉、皮肉间如何依靠脾气散精功能紧密联系,为运用运脾散精、祛湿化痰法治疗肛周湿疹提供可行基础,为临床诊疗提供新思路。

Inflammatory cytokines is an important material basis in the body to resist external pathogenic factors,which be-longs to the essence.In people with perianal eczema,due to the dysfunction of the spleen Qi,the level of inflammatory cytokines is abnormally elevated or accumulated,spreading throughout the body along with body fluids,damaging the skin and flesh,and finally stagnant in the anus.Its circulation process is similar to the function of the spleen Qi dispersing essence to the whole body in traditional Chinese medicine theory.This paper applies symbolic and dialectical thoughts to expound how inflammatory factors take the spleen as the axis and flow in the body through the spleen-intestine-skin,spleen-vessel-flesh dual-axis,and finally immerse the skin and promote perianal eczema.At the same time,on this basis,this article discusses how the intestine and veins,skin and flesh are deeply connected by the function of the spleen,which provides a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment of perianal eczema by using the method of invigorating the spleen Qi and dispersing essence,removing dampness and resolving phlegm.
