基于王旭高治肝三十法浅析皮肤病从肝论治

A brief discussion on the treatment of dermatosis from the perspective of Wang Xugao's Thirty methods of treatment the liver

清代著名医家王旭高所著《西溪书屋夜话录》是迄今为止唯一全面论述肝病证治的专著,创造性地归纳出治肝三十法,分别以肝气、肝风、肝火、肝虚隶之,层次清晰,体系严密,被众多医家所推崇为治肝辨证精粹,其中多数治法和方药亦可用于皮肤科中。中医学认为肝与皮肤生理病理上联系紧密,中医古籍及现代中医皮肤科文献中,皮肤病发病病因、治疗思路以及各类皮肤科方剂的组成,亦与肝有关。但目前中医皮肤科书籍多以病辨证,以证统方,且临床中多从肺脾论治,从肝论治皮肤病论著较少。本文结合王氏治肝法分析从肝论治皮肤病,旨在开拓诊疗思路,帮助临床更好的遣方用药,对提高皮肤病的诊治水平具有重要的作用。

Wang Xugao,a famous physician in the Qing Dynasty,creatively summed up thirty methods for treating liver in‘Xixi Shuwu Yehualu',is the only monograph that comprehensively discusses the evidence and treatment of liver disease so far,which are classified as liver qi,liver wind,liver fire and liver deficiency,with clear hierarchy and strict system,which were respected by many doctors as the essence of liver treatment.Most of the treatment methods and prescriptions can also be used in dermatology.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the liver and skin are closely related in terms of physiology and pathology.In ancient Chinese medicine books and modern Chinese medicine dermatology literature,the etiology of skin diseases,treatment ideas and the composition of various dermatological prescriptions are also related to the liver.However,at present,most of the TCM dermatology books are based on disease dialectics,and there are more clinical treatments from the lungs and spleens,and fewer papers on the treatment of skin diseases from the liver.This paper combines the analysis of Wang's liver treatment method to treat skin diseases from the liver theory,aiming to open up diagnostic and therapeutic ideas,help clinically better prescribe drugs,and play an important role in improving the diagnosis and treatment level of skin diseases.
