祛风止咳汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Post-infectious cough with Qufeng Zhike Decoction based on the Real-world

目的:真实世界中评价祛风止咳汤治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效和安全性。方法:基于真实世界研究方法,选取2021年5月~2021年12月105例感染后咳嗽患者,按患者意愿分为治疗组(53例)和对照组(52例),观察组予口服祛风止咳汤治疗,对照组口服复方甲氧那明胶囊,比较两组患者总有效率、咳嗽症状评分、生活质量评分、临床起效时间、咳嗽消失时间及不良反应情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为92.45%,而对照组则为76.92%,两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的日间和夜间咳嗽积分及咳嗽VAS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的上述评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者生活质量评分较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),并且观察组各项评分较对照组提升幅度大(P<0.05)。观察组患者起效时间和临床症状消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组4例患者发生轻微头晕、乏力、嗜睡等不适,观察组仅1例患者初次服药后出现短暂头晕,休息后缓解。结论:祛风止咳汤能有效减轻感染后咳嗽患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,临床疗效确切,并且无明显不良反应发生。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufeng Zhike decoction in treating post-infection cough in the real world.Methods Based on the real-world research method,105 patients with post-infection cough from May 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=52)according to the patient's wishes.The observation group was given oral Qufeng Zhike decoction,and the control group was given oral compound methoxamine capsule.The clinical efficacy,cough symptom score,quality of life score,clinical onset time,cough disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.45%,while that of the control group was 76.92%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the daytime and nighttime cough,VAS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological status,mental health,social function and total scores of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly increased compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The onset time and clinical symptom disappear time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).4 patients in control group had mild dizziness,fatigue,lethargy and other discomfort,while only 1 patient in the observation group had transient dizziness after the first dose,which was relieved after rest.Conclusion Qufeng Zhike decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of post-infection cough patients,improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical effect is definite,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
