中医药治疗老年性失眠的可视化分析

Visual analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of senile insomnia

目的基于CiteSpace软件对中医药治疗老年性失眠的研究现状及发展趋势进行可视化分析。方法以中国知网作为数据来源,检索1988年1月1日至2022年10月31日发表的中医药治疗老年性失眠的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对发文时间、作者、机构、关键词等数据进行可视化分析,绘制相关知识图谱。结果共纳入相关文献508篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,近5年处于巅峰时期。作者及机构分析显示以王平、游秋云为核心的研究团体发文量最多,湖北中医药大学为领头机构。关键词分析显示临床研究、名医经验为主要研究内容,针灸、五音疗法为前沿热点。结论近来中医药治疗老年性失眠的研究热度持续上升,未来应加强各团队、机构之间的交流合作。

Objective To visually analyze the research status and development trend of treatment of senile insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace software.Methods With CNKI as the data source,literature related to the treatment of senile insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine published between January 1,1988 to October 31,2022 was retrieved.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the data such as publication time,author,institution and keywords,and draw the relevant knowledge map.Results 508 related articles were included,and the overall trend of the annual number of papers was on the rise,which was at its peak in past five years.The analysis of authors and institutions showed that research groups with Wang Ping and You Qiuyun as the core have the most papers,Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the leading institution.Keywords analysis showed that clinical research and famous doctors’experience were the main contents,while acupuncture and five tone therapy were the frontier hotspots.Conclusion Recently,the research on the treatment of senile insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine continues to increase.In the future,communication and cooperation among teams and institutions should be strengthened.
