槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗对系统性红斑狼疮患儿的疗效

Efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granules adjuvant therapy in children with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗对系统性红斑狼疮患儿的疗效。方法选取86例系统性红斑狼疮患儿,用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以槐杞黄颗粒,2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组症状改善情况与临床疗效、治疗前和治疗3个月后的抗核抗体(antinuclear antibody,ANA)滴度阳性率、系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动度(systematic lupus erythematosus disease activity index,SLEDAI)-2000评分、肾功能指标、免疫功能和生命质量评分及治疗期间的不良反应。结果治疗3个月,观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.35%、79.07%,观察组高于对照组;与治疗前比较,2组患儿治疗后的ANA滴度阳性率、SLEDAI-2000评分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、尿N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase,NAG)、尿α1微球蛋白(α1 microglobulin,α1-MG)水平和外周血CD19+水平均降低,且观察组更低;2组患儿外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平、血清补体C3水平、总体健康、精力充沛、自我满意度和躯体活动评分均升高,且观察组更高;与对照组比较,观察组患儿体温降低时间、皮损减轻时间、疼痛缓解时间和蛋白尿降低时间均更短(P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患儿应用槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗可有效提高ANA滴度转阴效果,降低病情活动度,改善肾功能,提升机体免疫功能,缩短临床症状改善时间,提高整体生命质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granules adjuvant therapy in children with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 86 children with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected and divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang Granules based on the control group.The both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical symptom improvement,clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment,antinuclear antibody(ANA)titer positive rate,the score of systematic lupus erythematosus disease activity index(SLEDAI)-2000,renal function index,immune function,the score of quality of life before and after 3 months of treatment,and adverse reactions during 3 months of treatment were compared between the 2groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.35%and 79.07%,respectively,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the ANA titer positive rate,the score of SLEDAI-2000,the levels of 24 hour urinary protein quantity,urinary microalbumin,urinary N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase(NAG)and urinaryα1 microglobulin(α1-MG),the levels of peripheral blood CD19+in both groups decreased after 3 months of treatment,and were lower in observation group than in control group.The levels of peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,serum complement C3,the score of overall health,energy,self-satisfaction,and physical activity of the both groups increased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was higher.Compared with the control group,the time of hypothermia,skin lesion relief,pain relief and albuminuria reduction in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granules adjuvant therapy in children with systemic lupus erythematosus could effectively improve the ANA titer negative effect,reduce disease activity,improve kidney function,enhance immune function,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,and improve the overall quality of life.
