摘要
目的探讨静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture services,PIVAS)应用智能配药机器人配置化疗药物的临床效果。方法回顾性研究该院PIVAS配置的5种化疗药物(斑蝥酸钠维生素B 6注射液、注射用环磷酰胺、氟尿嘧啶注射液、奥沙利铂注射液、注射用表柔比星)的处方量。其中用传统人工配置的5468袋设为对照组,用智能配药机器人配置的855袋设为观察组。比较2组药物的配置效率、药物残留量、配置准确性及化疗药物输液不良反应。结果观察组1 h内5种化疗药物配置袋数均多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组5种化疗药物残留量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组化疗药物处方袋数成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组化疗药物输液不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在PIVAS使用智能配药机器人配置化疗药物可有效提高药物的配置效率,提升化疗药物的配置效果及准确性,避免化疗药物输液不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intelligent robot in dispensing chemotherapy drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods The prescription dosage of 5 kinds of chemotherapy drugs(Disodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B 6 Injections,Cyclophosphamide for Injections,Fluorouracil Injections,Oxaliplatin for Injection and Epirubicin for Injection)dispensed in PIVAS of the hospital was studied retrospectively.Among the drugs,5468 bags dispensed by traditional manual methods were defined as the control group,and 855 bags dispensed by intelligent robot were defined as the observation group.The dispensing efficiency,drug residue,dispensing accuracy and adverse reactions to chemotherapy drug infusion were compared between the 2groups.Results The dispensed bags in the observation group within 1 hour were more than in the control group(P<0.05).The residue of the 5 kinds of chemotherapy drugs in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of chemotherapy drug prescription in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy drug infusion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying intelligent robot to dispense chemotherapy drugs in PIVAS can effectively improve dispensing efficiency,the dispensing effect of chemotherapy drugs and the accuracy of chemotherapy drugs,and avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy drug transfusion.
