羊肚菌新品种“皖羊肚菌1号”选育 被引量:2

摘要 “皖羊肚菌1号”是从安徽省宿州市灵璧县采集到的野生羊肚菌分离菌株中培育出的新品种。其菌丝浓密,生长速度快,子实体单生,菌盖深褐色、圆锥形,菌柄白色,菌盖高、菌柄短、菌肉厚,生长周期约为112 d。经安庆市岳西县、宿州市灵璧县、宣城市泾县等地开展区域试验,鲜菇平均产量为232 kg·667^(-1)m^(-2),相比对照品种增产10.9%。该品种生态适应性较强,子实体耐温性5~22℃,适宜温度8~16℃,在安徽全境和气候相似地区均可栽培。 A new Morchella cultivars‘Wan Yangdujun1’was breed from a wild strain collected from Lingbi County,Suzhou,Anhui Province.It had dense hyphae and fast growth.Fruit body is solitary,dark brown cap,conical,stipe white.It had high cap,short stipe and thick flesh,and the growth period was about 112 d.The average yield of fresh fruit body was 232 kg·667^(-1)m^(-2),which was 10.9%higher than that of the control variety in a regional trial from Yuexi,Lingbi and Jing County.This variety had strong ecological adaptability.Temperature tolerance of fruit body was from 5℃to 22℃,and suitable temperature was from 8℃to 16℃.It could be cultivated in Anhui province and similar climate area.
