返本开新:以明清家训文化涵育新时代德育工作的实践进路

Returning to the Original and Developing the New:The Practical Way of Moral Education in the New Era with the Family Precepts of the Ming and Qing Dynasties

构建新时代德育工作体系不能摒弃与中华优秀传统文化的亲缘关系,要以明清家训“修身之道”涵育个人健全人格、以“齐家之道”涵育家庭美德、以“处世之道”涵育和谐人际关系。受到特定历史条件和封建制度的制约,明清时期的家训文化也呈现出良莠不齐的状态。因此,以明清家训涵养新时代德育工作要坚持去伪存真、古为今用、知行合一的基本原则,在返本开新中继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化,构建新时代中华民族价值共同体,增强德育工作的吸引力、感染力、亲和力,从而为新时代高校德育工作找到一条具有可操作性的实践路径。

Moral education in the new era should not go away from the excellent traditional culture of China.It is a driving force for the development of moral education as well as an impetus for educational reform to educate individuals with“the way to cultivate oneself”,family virtues with“the way to be united”,and harmonious interpersonal relationships with“the way of living”.This is a directional guidance for cultivating the moral character of man in the new era.Constrained by specific historical conditions and the feudal system,the family precepts in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are not always positive and instructive.Therefore,to cultivate the moral education in the new era with the Ming and Qing precepts,it is supposed to adhere to the basic principles of removing the false and reserving the true,utilizing the past for the present,and unifying knowledge and action,inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture in returning to the original and opening up the new,build the value community of the Chinese nation in the new era,and enhance the attractiveness,infectiousness and affinity of the moral education,so as to find a practicable path for the moral education in colleges and universities in the new era.
