摘要
通过采用大量对体系黏度、粒度、分散细度、光泽度等检测手段,研究氯化法二氧化钛浆料与不同种类分散剂组成的浆料体系在包覆膜层前后对浆料预分散体系、制成水性涂料后的分散变化趋势与效果,确定较佳的分散剂种类和方案,以便提高二氧化钛产成品在水性涂料中的分散应用性能。
Through the use of a large number of viscosity,particle size,dispersion fineness,glossiness and other detection methods,the dispersion change trend and effect of the slurry system composed of chloride process titanium dioxide slurry and different dispersants before and after painting on the slurry pre-dispersion system and the preparation of waterborne coatings were studied,and the better dispersant type and scheme were determined,so as to improve the dispersion and application performance of titanium dioxide products in waterborne coatings.
