摘要 采用可视化计量分析研究法,从时间、作者、机构3个角度分析我国高素质农民培育研究领域现状,进一步探究高素质农民培育领域研究过程、热点及前沿。研究发现,高素质农民培育经历试点探索、职业农民、新型农民、新型职业农民和高素质农民5个阶段;研究热点主要集中于高素质农民培育的价值及动因、培育政策、概念界定及内涵、培育主体及组织架构和培育模式5个方面。未来的高素质农民培育研究应在对培育对象精准识别、分层分类的基础上,紧扣时代发展脉搏,拓展深化培育内容,突破研究瓶颈,创新培育模式,实现高素质农民培育质量的不断提升。 Using the method of visual econometric analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the research field of training high-quality farmers in China from the perspectives of time,author and institution,and further explores the research process,hot spots and frontiers in the field of training high-quality farmers.It is found that the work of training high-quality farmers has gone through five stages:pilot exploration,training professional farmers,training new-type farmers,training new-type professional farmers,and training high-quality farmers.The research hotspots mainly focus on the value and motivation of training high-quality farmers,cultivation policy,concept definition and connotation,cultivation subject and organizational structure,as well as cultivation model.The future research on the training of high-quality farmers should,on the basis of accurate identification and hierarchical classification of cultivation objects,focus on the trend of the development of the times,expand and deepen the cultivation content,break through the research bottleneck,and innovate the cultivation mode,so as to achieve the continuous improvement of the training quality of high-quality farmers.
