乡村振兴背景下高素质农民培养主流模式及其问题分析

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,高素质农民的培养成为实现农村现代化的重要任务。该文以乡村振兴为背景,提出高素质农民的定义,即有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理的农民才能成为高素质农民;探讨高素质农民培养的4种主流模式,并分析其中存在的问题。通过深入研究和综合分析,该文提出一些改进和完善的建议,并提出健全培训机构、确保培育质量、创新培育方式、强化培育监管等4种高素质农民培养工作机制,将高素质农民的培养与乡村振兴有机结合。

With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the training of high-quality farmers has become an important task in achieving rural modernization.Based on the context of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the definition of high-quality farmers-that is,farmers who are familiar with culture,technology,operation and management can become high-quality farmers,discusses the four mainstream modes of training high-quality farmers,and analyzes the existing problems.Through in-depth research and comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement and perfection and also proposes four working mechanisms for training high-quality farmers,such as perfecting training institutions,ensuring cultivation quality,innovating cultivation methods,and strengthening cultivation supervision,thus realizing the organic combination of the training of high-quality farmers with the promotion of rural personnel training and rural revitalization.
