The establishment of agricultural technology extension service system in Shimen County plays an obvious role in promoting agricultural science and technology extension.The service system involves the government,the professional agricultural technician and the farmer.Complete technical support and service facilities can provide timely and effective agricultural technology updates and information transmission,thus narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,improving the development environment of rural production,and enhancing the production technology level of farmers.The professional level of agricultural technicians plays a decisive role in the effectiveness of agricultural science and technology extension.Agricultural technicians with high technical level can better transmit and apply appropriate agricultural technologies to farmers,and at the same time supervise and guide farmers'technical operation,in order to better improve the efficiency and quality of agricultural production.The government needs to establish a sound policy support system,increase policy guidance and support for agricultural technology,and stimulate farmers'enthusiasm and innovation in production.
