乡村振兴战略下新农村乡风文明建设探析--以广元市苍溪县岫云村为例

党的二十大报告指出,全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。乡村振兴是物质文明和精神文明相互发展、相互协调的振兴,培育文明乡风是乡村振兴的重要内容,乡风文明建设是乡村振兴的塑魂工程,同时也是实现农业农村现代化的必然要求。该文通过探析岫云村乡风文明建设的实践提出新农村乡风文明建设需要以党建引领,增强乡风文明建设多元主体合力,持续强化村民主人翁意识,实现乡风文明建设目标。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that the most arduous and arduous task of building a modern socialist power in an all-round way is still in the rural areas.Rural revitalization is the mutual development of material civilization and spiritual civilization,the mutual coordinated revitalization,the cultivation of civilized rural style,is the important content of rural revitalization,and the construction of rural style civilization is the soul-shaping project of rural rejuvenation.at the same time,it is also the inevitable requirement for the realization of agricultural and rural modernization.Through the analysis of the practice of the construction of rural style civilization in Xiuyun Village,this paper puts forward that the construction of rural style civilization in new rural villages should be led by Party construction,strengthen the joint force of multiple subjects in the construction of rural style civilization,and continuously strengthen the villagers'sense of ownership to realize the goal of the construction of rural style civilization.
