党建引领下乡村振兴新模式--基于湖北省宜昌市伍家乡共同村的调查研究

乡村振兴关系到农业、农村、农民问题的解决,关系到社会主义事业的发展。乡村振兴的发展离不开党的领导,坚持把党建引领作为推动乡村振兴的重要支撑。湖北省宜昌市伍家岗区伍家乡共同村的发展是党建引领下的乡村振兴新模式,共同村结合自身情况,制定和实行促进乡村振兴的政策。在党建的引领下,共同村的“两委”班子,从基层出发,建立与市场经济规律相适应的农村集体经济管理新体制,探索出一条属于共同村的新模式。基于此,该文通过对于共同村在实现乡村振兴实践过程的调研,提出相关的经验教训和共同村后续发展的对策建议。

Rural revitalization is related to the solution of the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,as well as the development of the socialist cause.The development of rural revitalization is inseparable from the leadership of the Party,adhere to the leadership of Party building as an important support to promote rural revitalization.The development of Gongtong village in Wujia country,gang District,Yichang City,Hubei Province is a new model of rural revitalization under the guidance of Party construction.The Gongtong village formulates and implements policies to promote rural revitalization according to its own situation.Under the guidance of Party building,the"two committees"team of the Gongtong village,starting from the grass-roots level,established a new rural collective economic management system in line with the laws of the market economy,and explored a new model belonging to the Gongtong village.Based on this,this paper puts forward the relevant experiences and lessons and countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up development of the Gongtong village in the process of realizing the practice of rural revitalization.
