摘要
基于建筑工业化视角,面向装配式成型钢筋骨架工厂化制造、运输及装配全过程,对其设计展开研究与应用,分析了装配式成型钢筋骨架标准化设计、标准件分件、标准件组合、标准化连接节点、成型钢筋骨架空间受力体结构设计、节点连接装配设计等内容,以实现装配式成型钢筋骨架的工厂机械化制造、高效运输及便捷装配。
At the background of construction industrialization,this research focuses on the studies and application of the design in area of the whole process of factory manufacturing,transportation and assembly of prefabricated reinforcement cage.This research analyzes the contents such as standardized design of prefabricated reinforcement cage,standard elements splitting,standard elements combination,standardized connection node,space structure design of formed reinforcement cage,and node connection and assembly design.These technologies provide technical support for mechanized production of prefabricated reinforcement cage,efficient transportation and convenient assembly.
