高性能水泥基复合材料在砖胎模施工中的应用研究

Application Research on High-Performance Cementitious Composite Material in Brick Formwork Construction

阐述了高性能水泥基复合材料和砖胎模工艺的定义与应用,探讨了如何在施工中将二者结合,以达到更为优质的施工质量。在研究过程中,论文对高性能水泥复合基材料用于砖胎模制作的施工步骤与应用效果进行了详细的分析和评估。结果表明,高性能水泥基复合材料不仅具有优越的强度和良好的工艺性能,能够适应砖胎模施工的高要求,同时,还由于其优异的抗渗性,能够提高砖墙的防水性能,改善砖胎模施工的效果。

The definition and application of high performance cement-based composite material and brick membrane technology are described,and how to combine them in construction to achieve better construction quality is discussed.In the process of research,the construction steps and application effects of high performance cement composite materials in brick tire film are analyzed and evaluated in detail.The results show that the high performance cement-based composite material not only has superior strength and good technical performance,can adapt to the high requirements of brick membrane construction,but also can improve the waterproof performance of brick wall and improve the effect of brick membrane construction because of its excellent impermeability.
