浅谈风化岩地质中地下室外墙高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对地下室渗漏修补难、防水施工要求高、传统防水材料效果不佳等问题,结合风化岩地质下地下水丰富的施工环境,以新型防水材料高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材为研究对象,介绍了这种材料的独特性和其先进的施工工艺(满粘法),并对地下室外墙特殊部位的细部节点进行新的设计,解决了地下室外墙薄弱部位易渗漏的问题,实现了地下室外墙零渗漏。该施工方法不仅可应用于住宅建筑,还可应用于地下水丰富且地下室穿墙管道较多的建筑物、构建物、地铁等工程外墙防水。 Aiming at the problems of difficult repair of basement leakage,high requirements for waterproof construction and poor effect of traditional waterproof materials,combined with the construction environment rich in groundwater under weathered rock geology,we take the new waterproof material polymer self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material as the research object,introduce the uniqueness of this material and its advanced construction technology(full adhesion method),and carry out a new design for the detailed nodes of special parts of the basement exterior wall.The problem that the weak part of the basement exterior wall is easy to leak is solved,and zero leakage of the basement exterior wall is realized.This construction method can be used not only in residential buildings,but also in buildings,structures,subways and other projects with rich groundwater and more basement through wall pipes.
