厂拌热再生沥青路面性能研究

摘要 对基质沥青、集料、改性剂等原材料的各项指标进行检测,并进行厂拌热再生沥青混合料配合设计。通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验检测厂拌热再生沥青混合料高温性能、低温抗裂性。得出结论:随着RAP掺量增加沥青混合料高温性能逐渐增加,低温性能随着RAP增加先增加后减小,在40%掺量时,低温性能最佳,可用于道路施工养护中。 The indexes of base asphalt,aggregate,modifier and other raw materials are tested,and the design of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture is carried out.The high temperature performance and low temperature crack resistance of factory mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture were tested by rut test and trabecular bending test.It is concluded that the high temperature performance of the asphalt mixture gradually increases with the increase of RAP content,while the low temperature performance first increases and then decreases with the increase of RAP content.The low temperature performance is the best when the content is 40%,which can be used in road construction maintenance.
