This paper explores effective project schedule management strategies based on photovoltaic power generation projects.Based on the general situation of photovoltaic power generation project,it systematically summarizes and analyzes the key elements and methods of the photovoltaic power generation project schedule management,and proposes that the schedule management of photovoltaic power generation projects should comprehensively consider the key links such as project schedule planning,construction process arrangement,progress monitoring and reporting,as well as project control means such as risk response and delay analysis.
