基于ArcGIS的北京市综合医院空间布局特征及其适老化研究

Aging Research on the Spatial Layout Characteristics of General Hospital based on ArcGIS

文章运用ArcGIS工具的可视化分析法,探究北京市综合医院空间布局特征及其适老化情况。基于北京市老年人口数据、北京市老年居民点数据、北京市综合医院的GIS数据分析发现:北京市综合医院空间布局呈现出向中心城区聚集的特点,存在部分地区综合医院配置数量少、老年患者就医距离远、就医出行时间长等适老化问题。对此,作者建议根据不同地区老年人口分布特征针对性地推进综合医院建设并建立连续性医疗服务体系,以解决北京市综合医院空间布局中存在的适老化问题。

This article uses ArcGis tools,using ArcGiS vector analysis,spatial analysis and other visual analysis methods.Explore the characteristics of the spatial layout of major general hospital in Beijing and their ageing conditions.Based on the analysis of Beijing's elderly population data and the GIS data of Beijing's main general hospital,it is found that the spatial layout of Beijing's general hospital has the characteristic of being concentrated in the central city.In some areas,general hospital have a small number of deployments and long distance to travel for elderly patients.In this regard,the author proposes to promote the construction of general hospital and establish a continuous medical service system according to the distribution characteristics of the elderly population in different regions,so as to solve the problem of suitable aging in the spatial layout of major general hospital in Beijing.
