国内外高校“钻井工程”课程知识体系研究

Analysis of the Knowledge System of Drilling Engineering Course in Colleges and Universities at Home and Abroad

“钻井工程”是中国石油大学(北京)面向石油工程、海洋油气工程的本科生开设的一门专业必修课,是从事石油工程工作必不可少的基础课程之一。课程旨在向学生传授钻井过程中所涉及的理论知识、计算方法和相关技术,课程内容共包括:绪论、钻井工程地质条件、钻机与钻具、钻井液、钻井参数优化、井眼轨迹与井眼轨迹控制、油气井压力控制与欠平衡压力钻井、钻井复杂事故和钻井工程方案设计简介九个章节,并辅以相应的实验课程,采用新的知识结构模式进行理论授课和实验教学,使学生能够全面掌握钻井原理、工艺流程及设计方法,培养学生实现“钻井工程”设计的能力。

Drilling Engineering is a required course for undergraduates of China University of Petroleum(Beijing)in petroleum engineering and offshore oil and gas engineering,and it is one of the essential basic courses engaged in petroleum engineering work.This course aims to teach students the theoretical knowledge,calculation methods and related techniques involved in the drilling process,including:introduction,Drilling Engineering geology,drilling rig,drilling fluid,drilling parameter optimization,drilling track and bore track control,well pressure control and underbalance pressure drilling,drilling accidents and Drilling Engineering design,and experimental teaching with new knowledge structure patterns which enables students to fully master drilling principles,process and design methods and develop Drilling Engineering design ability.
