提升思想政治理论课教师的素质,要落脚在政治的高度、理论的深度、思想的广度、情感的温度、方法的效度五个维度上。政治高度要求思政课教师政治意识强,政治能力硬,政治纪律严;理论深度要求思政课教师具备理论的深刻性、丰富性与实践性;思想广度要求思政课教师具有知识的视野、历史的视野和国际的视野;情感温度要求思政课教师以理服人、以情动人;方法效度要求思政课教师通过理论联系实际提升教师“教”的有效性,通过方法手段创新提升学生“学”的有效性。

To promote the teachers’quality of the Ideological and Political Theory courses,five aspects like the teachers’political height,theoretical depth,thought breadth,emotional temperature and method validity are the key points.The political height requires the teachers to have strong political consciousness,hard political ability and strict political discipline;The theoretical depth requires the teachers to have the profound,rich and practical theories.The thought breadth requires the teachers to have an intellectual vision,a historical vision and an international vision.The emotional temperature requires the teachers to convince the students with ration and move the students with emotion.The method validity requires the teachers to improve the effectiveness of teachers’“teaching”by combining theory with practice and improve the effectiveness of students’“learning”by innovating the means and methods.
