专业认证背景下师范生教学技能训练模式的探讨——以湖北民族大学物理学专业为例

摘要 在师范专业认证背景下,湖北民族大学物理学专业在专业培养方案和物理师范生教学技能训练模式上进行了改革。对标师范专业认证文件的要求,学校物理学专业启动了专业培养方案的修订工作,增加了师范教育类课程的比例,在学校教学实训基地的基础上自建了训练场地,加强了与校外实习基地之间的合作,改革了教学技能训练模式。新的教学技能训练模式对课内训练和课外训练提出了具体要求,课内训练主要是给师范生提供理论支撑和基本实践训练,课外训练在课内训练基础上进一步加强实践训练,通过自主训练、专家讲座、专题培训、专业竞赛、素质拓展等方式全方位提升学生的教学技能水平。 This paper describes the reform of physics teacher training program and the teaching skills training model of Hubei Minzu University in the context of teacher professional certification.For matching the requirements of the teacher professional certification document,the school has started the revision of the professional training program,increased the proportion of normal education course,built a training ground on the basis of the school’s teaching and training base,strengthened cooperation with off campus practice bases and reformed the training mode of teaching skills.The new teaching skills training model sets out specific requirements for in-class and out-of-class training.In-class training is mainly to provide theoretical support and basic practice training,and out-of-class training further strengthen practical training on the basis of in-class training,through independent training,expert lectures,special training,professional competitions and quality development to improve the teaching skills of students.
