现阶段高校越来越注重创新创业人才的培养,这是人才国际化和社会高速发展的必然趋势,技术创新和创业思维导向的人才培养应该是高校着力发展的方向。以苏州科技大学给排水科学与工程专业为例,以高校创新创业教育制度建设为启发,从创新意识入课堂、设立多形态的创业教育模式和创建良好氛围等多方面进行分析,为完善高校创新创业教育机制提供发展方向,建立适应时代发展和国际化趋势的教育机制。

At present,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship,which is the inevitable trend of the internationalization of talents and the rapid development of society.The cultivation of technological innovation and entrepreneurial thinking is the direction of the development of colleges and universities.Taking Suzhou University of Science and Technology of water supply and drainage science and engineering as an example,taking the construction of innovation system of entrepreneurship education for inspiration,analyze from the innovative consciousness into the classroom,set up in the form of more entrepreneurial education mode and create a good atmosphere,and so on many aspects,provide development direction for perfecting the innovation and entrepreneurship educational mechanism in the universities,create the most practical and adapt to the era development and the trend of internationalization of education mechanism.
