摘要
本研究以近年来选育的‘立夏红’、‘甘露早油’、‘早黄金’、‘黄金蜜1号’、‘中油15’和‘锦春’等31个桃新品种为试材,通过测定果实硬度;与可溶性固形物,评价果实风味,同时对桃果实进行常温耐贮性评价,为筛选优良耐贮运品种和不同品种果实采后贮藏及销售策略提供科学依据。
To identify nectarine varieties with exceptional storage characteristics and provide a scientific foundation for post harvest storage and marketing strategies for diverse fruit type.A collection of 31 new nectarine varieties,such as‘Lixiahong’,‘Ganlu Zaoyou’,‘Ganlu Zaoyou’,‘Zaohuangjin’‘Huangjinmi 1’amd‘Jinchun’were used to evaluate the fruit storage qualities at room temperature.The results showed that certain nectarine varieties,specifically‘Zhongyou 15’,‘Zhongyou Jinguan’,‘Zhongyou Jinhong’and‘Zhongyou 20’exhibited robust storage potential,maintaining delightful flavor and excellent edible quality even after 6 days of storage.Except for‘Zaohuangjin’,‘Huangjinmi1’,‘Jinchun’,‘Jinling Huanglu’,‘Jinfeng’and‘Jinhua’,the remaining varieties displayed commendable storage capacity.Among the flat nectarine varieties,a moderate level of storage capability was observed,preserving both low fruit firmness and appealing flavor after 6 days of storage.
